The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 150 of 2025, under Sections 69, 352, 352(2) B.N.S., and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Kaundhiyara, District- Allahabad during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a major girl. No ossification test was got conducted by the police authorities.
