This 3rd application for bail has been filed by applicant-Bhupe @ Bhupendra seeking his enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2033, under Sections 302, 34, 201 IPC, Police Station-Sasni, District-Hathras during the pendency of trial i.e. Sessions Trial No. 586 of 2023 (State Vs. Bhupe @ Bhupendra), under Sections 302, 201/34 IPC, Police Station-Sasni, District-Hathras now pending in the Court of Additional District Judge (SC/ST Act), Hathras. 4. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court by a detailed order dated 30.11.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 46816 of 2023 (Bhupe @ Bhupendra Vs.
