The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2024, under Sections 87 and 70(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Charwa, District- Kanpur Kaushambi, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim had married the co-accused Prahlad. Thereafter, the co-accused Prahlad and the victim approached this Court by filing Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.17819 of 2024 (Prahlad and another vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) for grant of police protection and on 03.10.2024 the victim and the co-accused Prahlad appeared before this Court.
