Perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 260 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 123, 70(1), 351(2), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Ramnagar, District- Varanasi during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Placing reliance on the MIP certificate dated 4.12.2021 it is contended that an amount of Rs.50,000/- was deposited in the alleged company. Reliance has also been placed on the bank statement dated 25.4.2025 to contend that the amount of Rs.4,80,000/- was credited in the account of one Vidhanchandra.
