As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that the named accused persons, Kalaam, Hajra, Aman, Sameer and Bhura are stated to have assaulted with axe, iron rod and danda and committed the murder of informant's mother on 11.07.2025 at about 10:00 am. 5.
