Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 551 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) & 238 of BNS and Sections 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station - T.P. Nagar, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. Learned counsel has also stated that subsequently, an application was given by the informant's son that too after a delay of three days of the identification of the dead body, whereby he had simply allayed the allegation that the applicant might have committed the said offence a
