Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 418 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 352, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station - Mainather, District - Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Ranjit Singh, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 15.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 39083 of 2025.
