This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of BNS, Police Station- Khalapar, District - Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the informant's sister was put to death by the applicant in the morning of 28.09.2025 at about 04:00 AM. After hearing the noises of her mother, the daughter Priyanshu is stated to have seen the incident through a hole in the door. The neighbour Shokeendra is also stated to have reached there after raising of alarm by Priyanshu, daughter of the deceased. 5.
