Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 171 of 2024, under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of IPC, Police Station - Parikshitgarh, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR No. 131 of 2024 was instituted by the informant against the co-accused persons, Sushil Sharma and Arpan Sharma with the allegations that they had threatened the deceased person to commit his murder. The said FIR was registered u/s 507 of IPC, P.S. Parikshitgarh, District- Meerut. Subsequent to it, the applicant and other co-accused persons have committed the murder of informant's brother on 16.06.2024 at about 08:00 PM. The said act is stated to ha
