Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0243 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station - Dhaulana, District - Hapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not named in the FIR. His name has come up on the basis of speculation only as he is stated to be the husband of one of the deceased persons and another one was his mother-in-law. 5.
