Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 133 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Rajpura, District - Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, on 28.05.2025 at about 06:00 AM, the applicant along with three other named co-accused persons is stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to the father and mother of the informant over an altercation due to filling of land by sand, which proved fatal to informant's father. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
