This is a second bail application filed by the applicant. The first bail application filed by the present applicant Anees Ali, being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 28844 of 2025 was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.09.2025, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the bail application. The applicant- Anees Ali, has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 332 of 2025, under Sections-109 (1), 351 (3), 118 (2) of BNS and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station-Tanda, District-Rampur, during pendency of trial. In support of this second bail application, learned counsel for the applicant has reiterated the entire submissions made in the first bail applicat
