Ms. Priyanka Singh, learned counsel has filed her power on behalf of the informant today in the Court, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the allegation against the applicant is that on Thursday i.e. 28.08.2025 when the informant came to her house, she found her daughter missing and at about 08:00 P.M. she received a call that her daughter is at Sisvanhar market upon such informant, the informant bring her back, who told her that at about 07:00 in the evening, the applicant took her on bike on the pretext that her mother is not well and she went along with him. The applicant along two others, took her in a room and all the three accused have committed rape. Learned counsel for the applicant
