Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. was lodged by the informant with the allegation that he had enticed away her minor daughter aged about 15 years. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she left her house on her own and met with the applicant and solemnized marriage with him in a temple and stayed with him for five days and physical relations were made between them on her wishes.
