The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that on 28.7.2025 at about 01:30 p.m. wife of the informant received a phone call from mobile no.9798838305 on his mobile no.9415286072 and it was informed that his brother is lying near Azad Kangapur culvert and he was having head injuries. 5.
