This is the second bail application. By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.414 of 2023 at Police Station-Rudrapur, District-Deoria under Sections 147, 148, 149, 34, 323, 427, 352, 452, 504, 307, 302 IPC and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. The applicant is in jail since 03.10.2023. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 25.09.2024. The trial is on foot. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out by the learned counsel for the applicant. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed.
