It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Bechu Rajbhar has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.8.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.27900 of 2024. The applicant is languishing in jail since 7.10.2025, having no criminal history.
