Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. was lodged by the informant stating therein that applicant had enticed away his minor daughter aged about 15 years. When the victim was recovered her statement under Section 180 B.N.S.S. was recorded wherein she states that on the date occurrence applicant had enticed away forcibly and took her to Sitapur where he committed her rape forcibly. The FIR is delayed by four days of which there is no explanation. In her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. the victim states that she loved the applicant for two years, on 26.09.2025 at about 1:00 hours of midnight the applicant came
