Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.50 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Mujariya, District- Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. There are only two injuries sustained by the deceased person. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons, but subsequently the informant, in particular, made allegations against the applicant, Rahul and Laloo.
