Heard Sri Raju Kanaujia, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.349 of 2025 (Session Trial No.458 of 2025), under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Chhibramau, District Kannauj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is the foster father of the deceased and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 2 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no eye-witness to the incident. A case of accidental fall of the deceased person has been converted into that of homicide by the informant. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the grand-mother of the deceased informed the police, which was entered at G.D.
