Heard Sri Ajeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.211 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 124(1), 3(5), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Bansdih, District- Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has subsequently been added in the statement of informant, whereby he has stated that the two persons, who were caught hold of him, were applicant and co-accused person Durgesh Upadhyay @ Golu. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the role of catching hold has been assigned su
