Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.1279 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) BNS and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Deepak has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.39484 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 4.11.2024, having no criminal history.
