This repeat application for bail has been filed by applicant-Rajendra Dwivedi, seeking his enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 95 of 2022, under Sections 147, 302, 201/34 IPC, Police Station-Atarra, District-Banda during the pendency of trial i.e. Sessions Trial No. 579 of 2022 (State Vs. Raja Dwivedi and Others), under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Atarra, District-Banda now pending in the Court of Additional District Judge-III/Special Judge (DAA), Banda. 4. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court by a detailed order dated 12.04.2023 passed in Criminal Misc.
