Heard Sri Prashant Agrawal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.47 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 333 B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Muskara, District Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She is a lady and has nothing to do with the said offence. She herself sustained a lacerated wound in the incident as some unknown miscreants entered the house and committed the said offence. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 01.04.2025 and she is ready to cooperate with trial. In case, the applicant is released on bail, she will not misuse the liberty of
