Short counter affidavit filed on behalf of informant is taken on record. 2. Heard Shri Sushil Kumar Tewari, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Shri Alok Singh Chandel, learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the FIR which alleges that he had enticed away informant's daughter aged about 15 years. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that she is aged about 17 years, she used to talk with the applicant for last two years, on the date of occurrence she left her house on her volition and went with the applicant to Punjab, where they solemnized marriage and lived as husband and wife, sexual relations were also established between
