Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.137 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Charwa, District Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up one day after institution of FIR i.e. on 01.07.2025 in the statement of Rupa, who happens to be the owner of the tractor which used to be driven by the applicant as he was his driver. The applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. 5.
