The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 215 of 2024, under Sections 376-D, 507, 509 I.P.C., Police Station- Ganjdundwara, District- Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. First information report has been lodged belatedly. No indecent video of the victim has been collected by the Investigating Officer. Placing reliance on the statement of the victim under Section 161 Cr.P.C., it is contended that the victim in response to the questions asked by the Investigating Officer, stated that co-accused Manish and Shahrukh acted indecently with her. It is next contended t
