Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is allegation against the applicant that the applicant took the victim in the bathroom of hospital and after disrobing her he had inserted his finger in her private parts. Though victim in her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS has reiterated the version of FIR, but in the medical examination of the victim, no any injury was found on her private parts and no sign of penetration was found.
