Shri Ram Govind, Advocate, has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of informant, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, the victim, in her statement, has stated that she herself left her house and reached Kalyanpur, where two unknown persons met her and persuaded her to go Rajasthan. There, they showed the victim 5-6 boys for the purpose of marriage. The victim chose one Hemant for marriage and solemnized her marriage with Hemant.
