Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is named in the FIR along with two other accused. In the FIR the victim alleges that on the false pretext of marriage the applicant used to establish sexual relations with her several times for one year, thereafter, he had refused to marry her.
