Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.509 of 2018, under Sections 302, 394, 201 I.P.C., Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Arjun Singh has already been enlarged on bail by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.9.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14514 of 2019. The applicant is languishing in jail since 17.3.2018, having no criminal history. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. 5.
