Heard Sri Nitin Sharma, Advocate holding brief of Sri Masoom Alam, learned counsel for the applicant Sri Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.216 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Doghat, District- Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of informant on 2.9.2025 at about 11:15 a.m. passing through the house of neighbour Baigraj and had committed the murder of wife of the informant Deepa. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay
