The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.243 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120-B, 307, 386, 34 I.P.C. and Sections 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Lohiya Nagar, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The deceased person carried a long criminal history on him, as such, he has been put to death by some unknown person and the applicant has been implicated in this case out of venge
