Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as not pressed. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that in the FIR the informant alleges that on the date of occurrence the applicant committed rape of his minor daughter aged about 13 years and threatened her, which incident her daughter had not told to anyone, after some time she became pregnant then he was informed by the victim about such incident. In her statement recorded under Section 180 & 183 BNSS the victim has reiterated the version
