As per the prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that he learnt that his acquaintance Rajendra Kumar Gupta has been put to death by firearm injury on 05.11.2024. In addition to him, his 45 years old wife Neetu Gupta and his 22 years old, 17 years old and 16 years old children, respectively, have also been put to death. 5.
