Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 159 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Khesraha, District - Siddharth Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. She is not named in the FIR. Her name has come up on the basis of statement of squealer which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5. Learned counsel has next contended that the applicant is languishing in jail since 23.09.2025, having no criminal history to her credit. In case, the applicant is released on bail, she will not misuse
