Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.269 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Naugawan Sadat, District Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no evidence against the applicant. The only evidence is suspicion, which has no evidentiary value. Even the daughter of the applicant is stated to have allayed suspicion against her.
