The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)M, 351(3), 332(b) BNS, Police Station Nagina Dehat, District Bijnor during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 25.08.2025. The first information report was lodged on 27.09.2025. The delay is fatal to the prosecution case. It is next contended that the victim- informant established relations with the applicant voluntarily. As per the medical report dated 27.09.2025, there is no mark of any external or internal injury.
