Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.156 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2)A, 140(1), 238A B.N.S., Police Station Dashashwamegh, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up subsequently after a lapse about one year that too in the confessional statement of co-accused person Beeru, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law.
