This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mumtaz Ali, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 69 of 2025, under Sections 61 (2) (ka), 127 (2), 351 (2), 352 BNS and 3/5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station- Paschim Sarira, District- Kaushambi. 3.
