Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come in his own confessional statement before the police, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. The similarly placed co-accused person Praveen Sharma has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
