Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0206 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Baraut, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has been introduced by the informant as an afterthought after recovery of the dead body by moving an application before the police station. The said application is hit by Section 181 B.N.S.S. and cannot be taken into consideration. Furthermore, one witness has been introduced as an afterthought and even the said statement has been recorded belatedly. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that
