The allegation against the applicant is that the applicant, who was teaching Chemistry in Yuvraj Coaching Classes was committing rape with the victim since February 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim is major and that no date and time of incident has been reported in the F.I.R. except that the applicant was committing rape with the victim since February 2025. Learned counsel further argued that in the F.I.R., as well as in the statement of victim recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S., it has been stated that she had left the coaching prior to two months from the date of lodging of the F.I.R. and it is apparent that the applicant is committing rape since February 2025 till August 2025.
