Heard Sri Randhir Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 487 of 2008, under Sections 302, 201, 394 of IPC, Police Station - Naubasta, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not attending the court on 13.05.2024, as such, non-bailable warrant was issued against him. It is submitted that the applicant was engaged to look after his wife, who was ill and he himself surrendered before the court concerned on 28.08.2025. 5.
