As per prosecution story, the applicant instituted an FIR against the named accused person of having abducted her minor daughter aged about 3 years on 30.9.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence.
