Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.255 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Pahasu, District- Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about 22 hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the informant is Panch witness no.3 in the inquest proceedings, which were complete by 09:50 p.m. on 4.8.2025 itself.
