This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Anas Alias Bhura, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 357 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 125, 351(2), 351(3), 352 and 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 7 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932 and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Sarurpur, District- Meerut. 3.
