Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.343 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Kandhla, District- Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the informant and he has nothing to do with the said offence. The name of applicant has come up on the basis of his own extra-judicial confession before Gram Pradhan Som Giri, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5.
