This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ram Beti, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 181 of 2025, under Sections 61 (2), 137 (2), 142, 143 (1) (F) (4), 144 (1), BNS and Section 17/18 POCSO Act, Police Station-Gandhi Park, District-Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 07.08.2025.
