Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.88 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 352, 109/3(5), 331(4), 61(2), 103(1)/3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Kurara, District Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has claimed parity with co-accused person Ram Avatar who has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.38360 of 2025, as such, the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 11.04.202
